The hotel comprises a large main area where the restaurants and the lounge bar offer magnificent views of the sea, beaches and neighbouring islands. There is a very large seawater swimming pool with an extensive sun terrace, sunbeds and a poolside bar. Swimming is also available from rocks immediately in front of the hotel and there are two sandy beaches with sunbeds and umbrellas for hire in the near vicinity: Isola Rossa Beach at 300m and Marinedda at 850m.

The hotel rooms are in neat walkways in gardens which lead from the main area. The Health and Beauty and Fitness Centre is also situated in the gardens.

All 112 mostly double bedrooms (twins on request) face the gardens and are air-conditioned with shower and w.c, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safe, mini-bar, balcony or terrace.
