A popular hotel which has been completely renovated and re-opened in June 2005. It has been crafted around an old mill with waterfalls, and secluded terraces provide quiet areas for relaxation and for listening to the birdsong.

It enjoys an elevated position above the old town and has distant views of the sea and the mountains. There is a complimentary shuttle to the sandy beach where the hotel provides free sunbeds and umbrellas in its private area. The town centre is about 1km away and can be reached within a twenty minutes stroll. The hotel is renowned for its fine cuisine with menus planned by the 2 Michelin star chef Nino Grazione.

55 air-conditioned mostly twin and some double bedrooms with shower, wc, mini-bar, safe and satellite TV. A few rooms have a bath. Rooms differ in shape and size.
